ProNC is a combined NC code editor and RS232 upload/download DNC file transfer program with optional remote DNC comms ( this allows CNC operators to send and receive files between a CNC machine and a PC computer without the operator having to leave the CNC)

ProNC is designed to be used by both CNC operators and Production Engineering staff.  ProNC has many tools specific to NC coding including color co-ordinated preparatory codes.



Sending files could't be easier. If you have a file open in the editor, just a single click sends the file to your CNC. ProNC's editor has all the standard fuctions such as cut copy paste, find, replace, unlimited undo/redo and extended filenames. The editor background and text colors are totally user definable.

CNC Explorer lets you view your files by CNC rather than laboriously opening file dialog boxes.  Open or send any file simply by clicking an icon, or drag and drop any file to any of your CNC's in the left hand window. Also supports drag and drop from external programs such as Windows Explorer.
CNC Status lets you see what's happening with your CNC file transfers. If you have the remote DNC option, you use CNC Status to stop and start your remote DNC daemons, each one has its own status so you can see exactly whats happening. In standard mode you will also see your transfers. You can send and receive files manually at any time, even whilst in remote DNC mode!
